★.Chassis platform and powertrain: heavy-duty mobility core

1. Chassis architecture

● Based on the deep customization of the HOWO HW76 double-row cab chassis, it adopts a 4600+1350mm long wheelbase design, shortens the rear overhang and increases the approach angle to 28°, adapts to complex terrains such as urban street fighting and mountain slopes, and takes into account the rapid deployment and load balance of a 6-person combat team.

● The double-row cab adopts a fully armored welded structure, the side windows are equipped with hydraulic lifting bulletproof glass, and the front windshield is equipped with a 0°~70°adjustable bulletproof net, supports electric control in the cockpit, and the riot protection level reaches GA668-2006 Class B.

2. Power system

● Equipped with WP10H400E60 National VI diesel engine, with a maximum power of 400 horsepower (294kW)/1900rpm and a peak torque of 1900N·m/1200-1400rpm, it is matched with HW15710 ten-speed full-synchronous gearbox, and the low-speed gear ratio is optimized to 12.4:1 to ensure heavy-load starting and climbing capabilities.

● The chassis integrates dual-circuit pneumatic brakes + hydraulic retarder, and the braking distance is shortened to 15m (30km/h→0), which meets the emergency braking needs in high-density crowd environments.

3. Fire extinguishing and obstacle removal module

● Full vehicle high pressure spray: 6 groups of high pressure foam nozzles are arranged on the roof and 4 groups of high pressure foam nozzles are arranged on the chassis, with a working pressure of 1.2MPa and a single nozzle flow rate of 15L/min, covering the fire extinguishing blind area ofthe whole vehicle within 30 seconds.

● Hydraulic obstacle removal system: A telescopic V-shaped shovel is installed on the front of the vehicle, with a hydraulic cylinder stroke of 1.2m and a thrust of 15 tons, which can remove roadblocks or push away obstructing vehicles; the surface of the shovel is covered with anti-skid patterns, supporting 180°lateral flipping to assist in catching.

★. All-round protection and intelligent combat system

1. Anti-riot structure design

● Smoothing of the whole vehicle: traditional raised parts are eliminated, the R angle of the roof line is≥50mm, the ground clearance of the side skirt is≤300mm, the surface is coated with anti-climbing nano-coating, and the friction coefficient is≤0.2.

● Anti-riot steel plate: The front of the vehicle is covered with 12mm thick high-manganese steel armor, with an impact energy resistance of≥200J, and the window glass uses 76mm bulletproof composite laminated glass (anti-79 type micro-impact).

▪Situational awareness: The entire vehicle is equipped with 8 360° panoramic cameras + 2 thermal imagers, and the data is transmitted back to the 15-inch touch screen in the cockpit in real time.
